An older picture of one of our members from Oakland, on the night of October 25th. This was the first real field test of our gas masks, which we’re happy to report worked perfectly.

If carrying a surplus mask, consider replacing the filter sooner rather than later. Filter have an expiration date, and will degrade quickly once the seals are broken. Count on approximately eight hours of operation time for a new filter, and walk it back from there based on how far out of expiration it is. Use your better judgement to avoid getting caught out.
